I have been at the forefront of driving digital innovation since the iOS 2 era, commencing my digital career by spearheading projects on smartphones and tablets for some of Germany's largest retail giants, such as OTTO and METRO.

Over the past decade, I have served as a digital strategy consultant, amassing extensive experience in shaping digital strategies for renowned global brands like BMW, Daimler, BSH, Kaufland, Roche, Böhringer Ingelheim, Vaillant, and Siemens. In my role as a design thinking and agile coach, I've not only guided these organizations in brainstorming innovative ideas but also seen them through to the final lines of code.

My journey began with moderating and facilitating workshops to define strategic objectives, and I actively supported their implementation in various agile roles, including agile coach, scrum master, and (chief) product owner.

Furthermore, I've had the privilege of educating international enterprises by providing training in consulting skills, design thinking, and agile methodologies for their employees. In recent years, I've extended my expertise to assist individuals in their transformative journeys and personal growth.
